2About the client:
Endress + Hauser has more than 50 years’ experience in process automation and instrumentation. It has a sales centres, a state-of-the-art flowmeter factory Flowtec, and instrumentation and automation Maulburg which makes one of Endress+Hauser's global manufacturing facility.

Atyaasaa's contribution:
Atyaasaa started its work with Flowtec with team building workshops which eventually moved into the space of coaching and design thinking. Behavioural attributes were identified for all critical managers and coaching intervention based on design thinking was rolled out along with a training intervention for all the team members to aid and support coaching.

The work then simultaneously moved to sales centre India where Atyaasaa became a partner for their competency framework based managerial development programme. We also conducted workshop on complain management, sale analytics and intelligence and business scale-up projects at branch offices.

With automation Atyaasaa regularly conducts team building work outs.

With Wetzer, Atyaasaa conducted a development process based on MBTI for leaders, a design thinking sales project and interventions for team members.
