Atyaasaa has three major pillars - Training, Coaching and Consulting. The offerings of these business lines are managed by the project management team, which functions as the backbone for operations. The project management team works on the standard ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) process to give effect to various customized training and coaching solutions, OD interventions and HR consulting.

StructureThe project management team is responsible for all the client interfacing including need assessment, follow up and smooth delivery of projects. This team in turn works in close co-ordination with research and knowledge management team.

The research and knowledge management team is involved in in-depth research of the upcoming trends in the market with regard to learning and development and HR consulting solutions. It constantly strives to innovate Atyaasaa's offerings to best suit its customers' needs.

Apart from secondary research this team also conducts a lot of internal research for the solutions administered to various clients and stores it in the internal knowledge management system in form of research papers, case studies, journals and newsletters.

Atyaasaa has an internal knowledge management repository of all the standard service products developed till date along with all the research material. It has a well-equipped library of important HR journals, books, magazines, DVDs, e-learning tools, diagnostic and psychometric tools and simulations.

The support services team at Atyaasaa is composed of accountants, admin and house-keeping staff. The support team is a cornerstone and aids in the smooth functioning of the three pillars of the organization.
