Organization was facing severe constraints in building competencies in teams which would take the organization to the next level. Atyaasaa evolved a competency grid together with a performance management tool. Competency gaps were identified in individual team members based on simulation based assessment. These identified gaps became inputs for drawing up the IDPs for each individual team member of the organization.
