This is a unique venture of its kind. Source Quest provides an opportunity for control of turnkey outsourced processes of IT enabled services. It is an interface in India for companies abroad who offload development work to organizations in India.

Atyaasaa's contribution:
Our work contributed to designing a programme for the Chief Executives of American IT companies to make them aware of outsourcing challenges. A very unique Train the Trainer programme was implemented. Our scope of work also includes programmes on team building and negotiation skills. As a part of our consulting project, the human resource project is designed and implemented at a corporate level. Further we conducted leadership surveys and behavioural interviews for key recruitments.
